Dymax Light-Curing Conveyor Systems

Conveyor Curing Systems

Achieve consistent, fast, and safe cures of adhesives, coatings, and inks. With intensities ranging from 320-405 nm wavelength, the light-curing systems utilize UV/LED flood lamps with standard metal halide (longwave), mercury (shortwave), and visible bulbs, or LED arrays.

Spot Curing Systems

Quickly cure adhesives and coatings in under 10 seconds by delivering light energy to very precise locations with high intensity light-curing UV/LED spot-lamp systems. Utilize them manually or in high-speed automated assembly lines.

Flood Curing Systems

Modular UV/LED flood curing systems consist of a power supply, reflector housing, and standard 400-Watt metal halide bulb. Systems with mercury or visible bulbs or LED arrays are also available. Add on shutter assemblies, mounting stands, light shields, or replacement bulbs to create a custom light-cure system.

Radiometers

A successful light-curing system requires periodic light measurement to monitor and maintain an accurate curing process. Dymax radiometers are simple to use and signal an operator when it’s time to replace a bulb, reflector, or lightguide and can also be used to confirm that operators are properly shielded from UV exposure.
