Protect Critical Circuitry & Sensors
with Dual-Cure Conformal Coating

9483 exhibits excellent thermal cycling properties and corrosion/chemical resistance making it ideal for coating sensitive PCB circuitry in EV charging stations. Of particular importance to engineers is the thermal cycling performance of the coating under high and low operating temperatures. As electronics become more dense and more powerful, so does the overall demand on the printed circuit boards. Additional features include:

  • Temperature/humidity (85/85) performance
  • UL 94V-O Flammability up to 7 mils thickness
  • MIL-I-46058C Listed
  • Meets UL 746-E and IPC-CC-830B standards
  • Cures with UV/Visible light energy first, then ambient moisture to ensure any coating material in shadow areas is fully cured.
  • Solvent free, one-component, and RoHS-compliant
  • Blue fluorescing for inline inspection
  • Recommended substrates include lead frame, PCB, flex, and ceramic
